Mikhail Kazakov, a saxophonist of international stature, has established himself as an artist of "Selmer Paris" since 2024, underlining his virtuosity and influence in the music world. His stage presence extends from renowned Russian concert halls such as the Moscow Conservatory to international stages in Europe and beyond.

Kazakov's pedagogical talent is manifested in public master classes he holds worldwide, making him a mentor and inspiration for aspiring musicians. His recent concert tour through Europe, which included master classes at prestigious conservatories, solidifies his position as a leading performer and educator. The dedication of contemporary works by composers such as Jean-Denis Michat and Christian Lauba testifies to Kazakov's importance to the contemporary music scene. His awards at competitions, especially the two-time special prize at the Adolphe Sax Competition, demonstrate his exceptional ability to interpret complex modern works.

Kazakov's collaboration with composers like Kirill Richter and his role as a jury member at the "Andorra Sax Fest" underscore his versatility and influence in the music world. His considerable online presence with a large global following testifies to his ability to reach and inspire a wide audience. As a representative of the Eurasian Association of Saxophonists and an artist of the Vladimir Spivakov and Denis Matsuev Foundations, Kazakov embodies the pinnacle of musical excellence and pedagogical leadership.

David Salleras: After finishing his studies at the Superior Music Conservatory of Barcelona when only 18 years old, he won a Spanish government scholarship to continue his studies in Paris with Jean-Yves Formeau and Nicolas Prost receiving the highest qualifications. He also distinguished himself showing an outstanding sense of improvisation, blending classical, contemporary music and traditional music idioms. His flexibility and knowledge of multiple genres coupled with his unique ideas has resulted in a successful career.
He is often invited as a soloist, has given concerts and masterclasses in Europe and South Africa and his compositions are performed and recorded by saxophonists from around the world.
David Salleras is Selmer Paris and Vandoren Artist and his works are published by "Resolute Music Publications" (USA) "Edition Dinsic"(Spain) and Edition "Billaudot" (France).
